Law GCA #4

It is against American law for national parks to exist. To begin with, the United States [Federal Government] was never granted the authority to own land. Second, the President of the United States was never given authority over issuing orders concerning non military issues. Third, the United State was restricted to the geographic boundaries of the “ten miles square” that is the District of Columbia.

The idea that any portion of government either in the States of America or the United States has the power to manage land is by the very nature of the concept contrary to the liberties of the Republic. Such control is, in fact, the first step in the communist manifesto: “1. Abolition of property in land and the application of all rents of land to public purposes.” For those of you who missed reality, communism is a form socialism just like democracy.

Our constitution regulates the federal government and forbids it from owning any land. It was given only the authority to own places used for the erection of forts, magazines, arsenals, dockyards, and other needful buildings by the consent of the legislature of the state in which they (the buildings) will reside.

The park system, however, owes its existence to an “executive order”. That means that the President, as “commander in chief” of the military issued an order prescribing national parks. So, somehow the military was suppose to form out of themselves a nation park. Sounds a bit ridiculous, doesn’t it? How could the military divide into a park when all they are are a bunch of men and equipment? Since national park system does not involve the US military or other powers constituted to the United States, neither United States nor the US President have the subject matter jurisdiction.

Or, are we to assume, like most uneducated Americans, that we, as citizens, are inferior to the President of the United States of America; that he is our commander in chief as well? Has America become a monarchy or dictatorship? Of course not. Only the people are sovereign in America and even in the United States. Nether the United States nor the US President has personal jurisdiction over American Citizens.

There was a time when the United States, through military control, had jurisdiction and sovereignty of the territories now ratified as independent states and part of the Union. Such military control, however, ceased upon ratification of the respective state. Each state formed became it’s own republic keeping the sovereignty with the people. Which includes the right to manage the land.

The geographical jurisdiction of the United States was restricted by supreme law to the ten square miles of the District of Columbia. It [the federal government] has no legal authority inside any of the States of America. It does not have the power to usurp a states republican form of government or the citizen’s right to manage their own land.

The national park system has no legal validity, and is an abomination to American liberty. The fact that it exists stands as a testimony of the consequences of a misinformed citizenry. The assumed control of the land under the national park system is a fundamental achievement in the anti-American world which strives to instill a [false] sense of security and protection inherent in a socialist government.
